Faisal Moideen specialises in complex litigation and dispute resolution. He has successfully represented a diverse list of clients including multinational companies, GLCs, oil and gas corporations, national sports bodies and international airlines at all levels of court. He also regularly represents his clients in both domestic and international arbitration.

Consistently listed as one of the “A-List” Top 100 Lawyers in Malaysia by the Asia Business Law Journal, he has earned a reputation as an efficient and formidable trial lawyer. His counsel is highly sought after by clients for his analytical and strategic approach to litigation. He read law at Universiti Teknologi MARA and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2004.

Faisal Moideen also sits as a Member of the Dispute Resolution Board for the Football Association of Malaysia. In addition to his professional practise, he teaches advocacy to young lawyers through the Advocacy Training Course organised by the Malaysian Bar Council.
